- Rockin Robyne originated in 2018 with a bag of collard greens, one pack of chicken, to-go containers, and a broad imagination!
- Robyne began taking “love dinners” to her children in college at Bethune Cookman University, and when some of their friends could not make it home for the holidays, she shared the meals with them.
- A few years later, during the Covid Pandemic, she began cooking dinners and giving them to random employees who worked in her favorite restaurants and stores, homeless people, neighbors, friends, and family.
- One day while Robyne was preparing the dinners, her husband, Clarence,
- entertained her with her favorite Gospel and Old School R&B songs.
- Clarence had a gift for making her smile with music from some of her favorite artists such as
- The Rev. James Cleveland, James Brown, The Canton Spirituals, Blind Boys of Alabama, Johnnie Taylor, Tyrone Davis, and many others.
- Combined with a variety of food options, this became the perfect opportunity for a soul food explosion! Robyne quickly became affectionately known as "Mrs. Robyne".
- One Sunday, one of the church musicians insisted on paying for his dinner because he said it was delicious! He planted the first seed of $10, and this began The $10 Sunday Dinner!
- Rockin Robyne Soul Food LLC seeks to embrace turbulent times by providing delicious, affordable, and home-inspired meals to satisfy hungry hearts and souls, one plate at a time.
- Before Rockin Robyne's big launch, the seeds were already present in the late 80's when she began cooking macaroni and cheese, collard greens, and a variety of other delicious, soul food favorites for church functions and private events.
- As a mother of five beautiful children, she encouraged them to divide and share at an early age. This attitude reflects our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ when he fed the multitudes.

- Robyne's passion for cooking and serving is in alignment with her higher education background, as she obtained her degree in Christian Education. She currently serves as an online Virtual Sunday School Instructor under the leadership of a dynamic and GREAT Pastor.
- Robyne wears many hats: Minister, Sunday School Instructor, Healthcare Administration Professional, Singer, Cook, Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, and Mentor. But most importantly, she is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
